Bertas Kinderland and the Märchenexpress

This large area is dedicated to children – it’s the ideal place for little ones making their first tracks in the snow and skiing lessons for kids at all levels. The zone has been fully equipped by the Fiss-Ladis ski school which offers lessons for all ages and abilities. Time flies in Bertas Kindervilla, the children’s stage, the Wärmestube heated room, indoor & outdoor playgrounds and the carousel, all easily accessible by 12 double conveyors and the practice button lift. There is no room for boredom on the brand-new Märchenexpress double conveyors. The stories of three well-known fairytales are told during the ascent. Bertas Kids Funpark features a mogul trail, kids’ jumps and kids’ boxes where young freestylers can show off their skills. While in the Fox’s Den, Bertas Indian Village and Fiss Cave World, they can escape the hustle and bustle of the busy slopes.

If you are aching for a few hours on the slopes but your little one is still too small to ski, leave it to us. Your child will be well looked after at our Kids’ Club at the Schlosshotel Fiss. Knowing that your little darlings are in safe hands with trained childcare staff, you can enjoy your day’s skiing worry-free. With crafts, painting, playing and dancing, our varied children’s programme fosters creativity, team spirit and a connection with nature. All part of your Schlosshotel family experience.

Themed downhill runs

Rediscover skiing with your children on numerous themed downhill runs. Meet bears and scary mossmen in the Fiss Cave World on the Möseralm downhill run. Discover the Jungle Cave as you ski through and see what the monkeys are up to. If you want to see Fire and Ice, go through the Glacier Cave before whizzing through the burning fire hut. There is plenty of fun and action to be had on skiing holidays with the children!
