Welcome to Monti's World: The New SHF Kids Club

We have exciting news: our Kids Club got a complete makeover and is open.

A fresh new design, thrilling adventure zones, and so much to discover – you’ll wish you could be a kid again… luckily, parents are welcome to join the fun, too. ;-)

Children can look forward to fantastic new areas: action and climbing fun around Monti’s Ice Cave, an indoor slide and Monti’s Icebergs, or peaceful moments in the cosy cuddle and reading corners. But wait a minute – who is Monti, anyway?

Monti the Mountain Crystal: Introducing Our Mascot

The Kids Club has a new resident: Monti the Mountain Crystal, our very own Kids Club mascot. Born deep within the mountains, Monti is a sparkling crystal who loves stories, listens with care, gives courage, and inspires children to dream. He is the guardian of imagination and shares a special bond with every child.

Since discovering the SHF Kids Club, Monti has found his true home. He is a companion, a friend, and a storyteller. His cave is right in the heart of the new creative area, where children can bring their imagination to life through different role-play adventures. Monti understands the language of animals, the whisper of the forest, and the secret paths through the mountains. And now he shares all of this with the children at Schlosshotel Fiss.

An Enchanted Forest Entrance and the New ChillArea

The entrance to the Kids Club will be transformed into an enchanted forest in soft shades of green. Plush carpets, pleasant fabrics, and carefully selected materials create a cosy, welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire Kids Club.

Just beyond lies the new ChillArea, featuring a playhouse to explore and crawl through, along with charming doll corners and reading nooks. Hidden away for special moments is a television for cosy evening film sessions. As before, there will be a supervised cinema night once a week. At the large play table, everyone comes together for shared games. Every day brings exciting new highlights!

Monti’s Cave & Creative Zone: Where Children Discover Imagination

There’s always something happening in the Creative Zone: building, crafting, cooking, and playing. Around Monti’s sparkling cave, a small adventure world comes to life, featuring a slide, a children’s kitchen, a play shop, and a parking garage for toy cars. The child-friendly climbing area invites little adventurers to test their skills.

For those who prefer a quieter pace, there are plenty of materials for crafting or inventing a brand-new story for the next role-play. And right in the middle of it all is Monti himself: always ready for new ideas, quiet conversations, or a little courage for the next big adventure.

Family Holidays at Schlosshotel Fiss

In winter, 214 perfectly groomed kilometres of slopes await you right outside the hotel door. Thanks to our unique ski-in & ski-out location directly on the piste, you can step straight onto the slopes. Your rental skis are conveniently available from the SHF Sportshop, Rental & Depot by Bacher Sport. And for thrilling rides on the Hexenrodelbahn toboggan run, we are happy to provide a complimentary rental toboggan.

In summer, the mountains invite you to explore and be amazed: Thomas Brezina’s adventure trails, pram-friendly hikes, and adventure parks turn every day into a family highlight. The SUPER.SUMMER.CARD. for free use of the cable cars and access to numerous attractions is included in your stay.

While the children enjoy excellent care and fun activities in the Kids Club, parents can indulge in soothing tranquillity at the Adult Spa. For shared moments of relaxation, the Family Spa welcomes the whole family. The culinary delights of the SHF luxury board will please every family member: our generous breakfast buffet, varied afternoon buffet, and multi-course evening menu offer gastronomic highlights from morning to evening.
